Grator screen panels are designed and engineered with decades of experience in applications covering a wide variety of duty conditions. Our objective is to reduce the cost-per-hourly tonnage in separation, reduction, sizing, washing or De- watering applications. GRATOR products are available for the following applications;

Scalping & Sizing

Specially molded panels are made suitable for wet and dry applications. The designs of the panels are optimized based on the duty condition of the screen. Panels are available in the following options, sizes vary from 1500X1500mm to 305mmX305mm.

De-Watering Screening solution

Grator Dewatering screens are made from special engineered PU material which has extermely low moisture absorption, has very low coefficient of friction and is highly resistant to wear and abrasion. We produce De-watering screen panels with aperture size range starts from 0.5mm for efficient dewatering. Modular screen panels with standard and customized fixing is also available.

Flip flow screening solution

Grator Flip-flow mats are made from an engineering polymer which has extremely low moisture absorption and has a very low co-efficient of friction. These mats are designed to break or loosen the adhesive bond between the different materials during screening operations. The flexible mat provides flexing & relaxing operation there by aperture elongated and stretch or bend which helps in discharging materials. Mats can be used for classification of intermediate and fine/coarse materials.

Trommel Screening Solution

GRATOR Trommel system is a complete package including design, manufacturing and supply of trommel assembly, duly fabricated and installed with appropriate screening media along with Dam/Spriral as required. Trommel structure is subjected to pass through stringent quality checks such as NDTs of weld joints, Heat treatment, Dynamic balancing etc.
