Mr. V.A. George (DIN 01493737), Executive Chairman, is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He holds a Board Director Diploma with Distinction from the International Institute of Management Development, Switzerland, a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School, USA, an Advanced Certificate in Corporate Governance and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, Paris. He is a fellow of All India Management Association and Institute of Directors. He has more than four decades of experience in the corporate world (both in public and private sector), of which more than 25 years has been in senior management positions. He has served Equipment Leasing Association of India as its Chairman and had been an Adjunct/Visiting Faculty in several Management Institutes, including XLRI, Jamshedpur and Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai.
Mr. Manoj Joseph is a Graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He joined Thejo Engineering Limited in 1991 and has serve the company in various capacities for more than three decades in various departments such as Materials, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales.
Mr. Rajesh John is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He started his career with TAFE Limited and later, worked with GE Capital International Services before joining Thejo Engineering Limited in 2002. He has worked in the Company's various Departments such as Purchase, Finance and Accounts and is, at present, in charge of Sales.
Mr. M.D. Ravikanth, is a chartered accountant and a company secretary with more than 15 years experience in finance, accounts, taxation, internal audit and secretarial domains. Prior to joining our Company, he was senior manager-finance with India Cements Capital Limited, Chennai.
Mr. Thomas K Abraham holds a master’s degree and an honours diploma in personnel management and industrial relations. He has more than 25 years of work experience in human resources and administration domains. Prior to joining us, he was senior manager, human resources & administration with India Cements Capital Limited, Chennai.
Mr. S. Premjit, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a post graduate diploma in personnel management. He has more than 20 years of work experience in human resources, and industrial services domains. Prior to joining our Company, he was Manager with RKHS, Chennai.
Mr.S. Sathish, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a post graduate certificate programme in management. He has 21 years of experience in internal audit, cost audit, management audit, corporate planning and order processing. Prior to joining our company, he was a senior manager in Spectra Management Consultancy Private Limited.
Mr. Bhoopathy Muthiah is a Mechanical Engineer with experience and expertise in the fields of manufacturing, construction, quality services, operations, repair & maintenance services. He was associated with many MNCs in the past and was heading the Global Operations- Services Business Unit of Tata Projects Limited.
Mr. Anson Uduppu is a graduate engineer in Technology, NIIT. He has 30 years of work experience in marketing and administration domains. Prior to joining us, he was Project Manager, Nutricia, Australia and is, at present, General Manager – Operations, Australia.
Mr. David Wheelhouse is highly experienced (20+years) in the mining industry. Sales professional in the area of Wear Solutions (Rubber and Ceramic), Conveyor Products, Screening and Trommel Efficiencies. Highly versed and experienced in the designs of Wear Solutions. Superior level of client satisfaction and retention and highly successful in the field of business development.
Mr. Shine James holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a diploma in travel and tourism. He has more than 20 years of work experience in various departments such as operations, finance and accounts and is, at present, Managing Director of Thejo Australia Pty Ltd (TAPL).
Mr. Alberto Roldan is a Mechanical engineer and holds a master’s degree in Metallurgy. He has more than 35 years of work experience in the field of mining and bulk material handling projects and is, at present, General Manager, Thejo Brasil Comercio E Servicos Ltda (Thejo Brasil).
Mr. Jose Miguel Ballivain is an electrical engineer and holds master’s degree in business administration. He has more than 25 years of work experience in business development in mining, power and paper industries. He is, at present, Managing Director, Thejo Engineering LatinoAmerica SpA (Thejo Chile).
Mr. Manesh Joseph is a Graduate in Commerce with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and has more than 20 years of experience in industrial services domain, including six years of overseas stint in senior managerial position handling marketing and general administration. He has worked in various departments of the Company such as purchases, services, manufacturing, and Operations and Maintenance. He is currently serving as the CEO of Thejo Hatcon Industrial Services Company, Saudi Arabia
