The extended wear life acheived with 'GRATOR' Rubber/PU material, reduces the total number of screen change-outs.

'Thor' heavy duty wear liners are made from proprietary rubber compounds with and without alloy steel composites. The rubber compound has proved it's effectiveness in Mill lining applications due to its tough, abrasion-resistant and high tensile properties...guaranteed to withstand relentless pounding action within the mill.

Simulation software ensure the appropriateness of the mill liners for various applications and are specifically designed for optimum mill performance, maximised productivity, reduced power consumption, low maintenance downtime and ore processing costs.

Material Handling Hoses:

THEJO manufacture high wear resistant and flexible rubber hoses for material handling with custom made end fittings like Aluminum split couplings /molded Mild steel flanges or with open ends. We supply hoses suitable for high pressure, Vacuum, tailing & gravity line and Dredging applications.

Thejo supplies spares for Pressure Filter presses used in extraction of liquid from the slurry. HIPO products are compounded from various polymers and processed in controlled conditions so as to withstand the very demanding operational conditions.

1. Hydrocyclone Spares

We design, develop, manufacture & supply wear parts for hydrocyclones in Rubber & Polyurethane.

2. Pump Spares

We design, develop, manufacture & supply wear parts for slurry pumps in Rubber & Polyurethane.

3. Flotation Cell & Agitators

Thejo manufacture and supply spares required for flotation cells viz. Impeller, Stators , Rotors , Wear plate etc. We also manufacture and supply complete cells - fabricated and Rubber/Ceramic lined as per customer requirements. These items are primarily used at Benefication plants , Wet Process Cement plants etc.

4. Sleeves for Pinch Valves

Thejo manufacture and supply the rubber sleeves required for the pinch valves. The sleeves are made in polymers such as Neoprene, Natural rubber, EPDM, Hypalone, Viton etc in line with the application.
